Website analytics

The website loads Pulse from pulse.logicm8.com. It records page views and site interactions explicitly configured here, such as opening documentation, downloads, or an official store link.

Events may include page path and title, referrer, campaign tags and ad click IDs in the incoming URL, device category, browser language and time zone, screen and viewport size, connection type, performance measurements, and client-side error messages and stacks. Random session identifiers are held in browser session storage; the script does not use analytics cookies or an AuxDeck account.

A configured 20% sample may include heatmap events: click position and element type/selector, scroll depth, quick returns, and unresponsive clicks.

The script does not record screen video, keystrokes, or form-field contents. It does not receive app pairing data, camera or microphone streams, or in-app usage.

Analytics is disabled when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also turn it off for this browser using the link below; the opt-out is stored locally in browser storage.

Local connection

Pairing credentials stay in operating-system secure storage. The phone and desktop communicate over the local network; AuxDeck does not require a customer account.

Camera, microphone, and screen

Camera access scans the pairing QR code or sends phone video after the user starts a media session. Microphone audio is sent only during a session the user starts. Temporary-display video flows from the paired computer to the phone. AuxDeck does not upload or retain these live media streams on its website analytics service.

Controls and device information

The paired desktop can send computer status, control layouts, task summaries, and action results to the phone. User layouts and preferences may be stored locally. Control commands return to the paired desktop over the same local connection.

Notifications

If enabled, local notifications can report events such as a completed task. AuxDeck does not use notifications for advertising.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes store purchases. AuxDeck receives product and entitlement status needed to unlock paid features, but not payment-card details.

Retention and deletion

AuxDeck does not maintain a cloud customer account. Pairing credentials, preferences, layouts, and trial state remain on the device and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Pairing can also be replaced from the app.

Services

Pulse receives website analytics at pulse.logicm8.com. The website does not configure advertising pixels or ad-targeting analytics. Apple and Google store services remain subject to their own policies.
